Lykkeringen Norwegian Dancers
Families can watch a variety of dances performed in costume by children and adults from Lykkeringen, a Norwegian dance group, and then learn a few dance steps, too!

Smokey Bear and Woodsy Owl: Home Sweet Home
Smokey Bear, Woodsy Owl, and their forest friends share important messages in an exhibit created in collaboration with the US Forest Service. Visitors can explore pretend woodland, urban, and stream settings that encourage families to spend time together outdoors.

Thinking Outside the Treasure Chest
Milwaukee Public Museum's newest student exhibit, Thinking Outside the Treasure Chest, includes four display cases, each highlighting different types of "treasure." Visitors can see a variety of artifacts, including a vest made of soda can pull tabs, a nineteenth-century German lithopane, Egyptian funerary figurines, and gemstones such as amethyst and garnet.
