Milwaukee Mothers New Diaper Service!

April 27, 2009

Milwaukee Mothers have one more reason to celebrate! Milwaukee has it's own diaper service!

A local east side resident and mother is hoping to earn a living by bringing diaper service back to Milwaukee.

Marlise Kuehn, who is working toward an MBA at Alverno College, started washing diapers this month in her home. Marlise Kuehn opened her cloth diaper cleaning business this month knowing that many people do not want to clean diapers. She is hoping to dig into an untapped market since there are no other diaper services in the Milwaukee area at this time.

Kuehn's charges range from $10.50 for 30 diapers per week to $15 for 100 diapers per week. Other packages are available for families with more than one baby in diapers.

Many moms are considering cloth diapers, especially in leaner economic times. Now there is one more reason to think about making the switch.
