Butterflies In Flight

The Village of Shorewood will be all a-flutter this summer with “Butterflies in Flight,” a public art project.
The “butterflies” are part of an exhibition of custom-decorated pieces of art that are currently on display throughout from mid-June to mid-August. 
Designs for the butterflies are being created by talented local artists. See beautiful designs using paint, mosaic, fabric and mixed media.
The 30 colorfully decorated fiberglass butterflies can be viewed outdoors starting June 20 throughout the Shorewood business district along Oakland Ave. and Capitol Dr., as well as at Village Hall and the Shorewood Library.
